Client Success Stories
“People say "time is a thief," and as a mother of two tweens, I totally agree.
As a senior business leader, I can also say that time is a thief for all executives.
Moving companies and into a new executive position, I knew I wanted coach to help me maximize the career opportunity I was stepping in to. I didn't want to be that stereotypical failure of an external hire who couldn't manage the demands or people dynamics.
Fast forward 18 months - this coach (and now, friend) has helped me across so many dimensions. Most notably, with Katie's coaching talents I've been able to refine my communications style as I built new relationships with colleagues and board members, and improve my comfort with delegating so I can prioritize the personal and professional choices that map to my vision for the business and my career big-picture.
“I am living up to my full potential thanks to Katie’s instrumental coaching! While I give my all to work, I am smart with my time, confident in my vision, and I wake up feeling energized to have the job I do and support network to help enable my success.”

“Katie is a great match as my coach because she isn't afraid to ask tough questions and she's laser-focused on my growth and happiness. It can be very lonely as a female senior executive in the tech world. That's no longer the case for me thanks to Katie's skill and generous spirit. Our sessions are nothing short of life-changing. The insights Katie provokes and the expertise she shares help me deliver at work, and navigate the complexities any leadership role can have on life at home and in the office."
